⚠ Government Decree 210/2024 (VII.24.) entered into force 1 January 2025. The programme suspended applications between July–December 2024 during regulatory review. Application fees (OIF): €110 residence permit + €60 visa fee. Healthcare and language requirements do not apply to Guest Investor Visa holders.
The cheapest Hungary Golden Visa route is the €250,000 approved real estate fund option. It grants a 10-year renewable residence permit with no language test, no minimum stay requirement, and no path to citizenship unless you naturalise separately under Act LV of 1993.
